COMPANY POLICIES
RETURNS
We will gladly accept any part for any reason, providing the
part meets the following conditions:
- The part is returned to our warehouse within (30) days of
delivery in the same condition it was delivered.
- The part is returned in the original packaging with the number
labeled on the part. No part is to be returned without its packaging
and identification. Unpackaged products will incur a 20% repackaging
fee.
- All returns require prior approval from our Returns department.
Please call our Returns department to schedule return(s) for
pickup.
Any part returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking
fee.
Any part which has been cut, primed, painted or modified in any
way or is not returned in the condition in which it was delivered
will not be accepted for refund. All parts are to be inspected
for damage upon delivery. If there is any damage at the time of
delivery, our driver is to be notified at that time.
CREDITS
Credit terms are determined by account. In instances where billing
is past due, there will be a 1.5% per month finance charge. Past
Due accounts may be charged to C.O.D. until Account is current.
SHIPPING
If your order is less than $300 and is shipped by another shipping
company there may be a freight charge. This charge can be quoted
before shipment. All residential deliveries must be pre-approved.
WARRANTY
Wheeler's Autobody Supply Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees
that the products we sell such as fenders, hoods, steel and plastic
bumpers, lights, grills and other automotive and truck replacement
parts are free from defects in material and workmanship for as
long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part
is installed. This warranty includes perforation due to corrosion
in normal use. If failure should occur, preset original receipt
of purchase and a new part will be provided without charge. Reimbursement
of installation labor as a result of product failure must be pre-approved
by Wheeler's warranty department.
The warranty does NOT include failure or perforation due to accident,
damage, abuse or improper installation. This warranty is not transferable.
CAPA CERTIFICATION
Wheeler's Autobody Supply buys CAPA parts whenever possible.
If a CAPA part is not available at the time of your order, a quality
aftermarket replacement part will be sent in its place.
PRICING
Wheeler's will try and maintain the pricing shown in the current
catalog throughout the year; however, prices are subject to change
without notice. Due to the constant price changes of raw materials
and OEM parts, along with foreign currency exchange, it would
be to our customers benefit to always call for current pricing.
The suggested "List Prices" set forth in this schedule
reflect margins in general use in the automotive replacement market.
